We are a very experienced organization in both medical billing and medical transcription. Our transcription service has over 5 years of experience and produces over 360,000 lines of transcription every month! Our billing service personnel have over 20 years of combined experience in billing within a variety of specialties including psychiatry, psychology, internal medicine, podiatry and thoracic cardiovascular surgery just to name a few.
     
  • Which insurance carriers are you established with for medical billing?
We are able to submit electronically to almost all major insurance companies and have a direct claims transmission link with Medicare to insure the fastest possible collection!
     
  • Where are reimbursements sent?
All reimbursements are typically sent to the medical provider's office. The medical provider will then forward the EOB to our office so that it can be posted and followed up on as needed.
